HUMM Limited Warranty
Every HUMM product purchased in the United States and Canada includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase from hummaudio.com or an authorized reseller is required for warranty service.
This warranty applies only to the original purchase and cannot be transferred.
WHAT'S COVERED
If something isn’t working as intended because of a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.
This warranty includes:
• Functional failures under normal use.
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Internal electronic component failures.
• Battery defects that result in abnormal capacity loss beyond normal aging and expected battery wear.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.
• Normal battery aging and capacity loss over time.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, drops, or improper handling.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
• Damage resulting from the use of non-approved chargers, cables, or accessories.
• Water, dust, or debris exposure beyond the product’s IP67 rating or outside the usage guidelines provided with the product.
• Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or marketplaces where product authenticity cannot be verified.

Visit hummaudio.com/register or scan the QR code on the registration card included in your packaging.
EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY
Register your product within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll extend your limited warranty coverage from 1 year to 18 months from the original purchase date.
STARTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
To start a claim, submit it at https://hummaudio.com/repair-or-replace, or contact us at support.hummaudio.com.
Once we review your request and confirm the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or replace it with an equivalent product at our discretion.
Any repaired or replacement product will carry the remaining balance of the original warranty period, or 90 days from the date of service, whichever is longer.
If we confirm a covered warranty issue, we’ll provide prepaid shipping labels and cover the shipping costs associated with warranty service.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, return shipping charges may apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HUMM is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including damage to other equipment, loss of data, loss of use, or damage caused by external events beyond HUMM’s reasonable control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
